"Peter Wendel" was my great grandfather, he remarried after my ggrandmother died. His new wife was "Lillie May Darling". He is buried in Pinecrest Cem.in Mobile Co.Ala. city of Citronelle. I dont know for sure where Lillie May is buried. I would like to learn more about LillieMay Any information would be great.

The bride and groom were my maternal great-grandparents. It states on their marriage certificate that they were married in Sudbury, NY. I have never been able to find a town called Sudbury in New York State and it may have been a hurried mistake on the recording person's part. It could have been Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, or even CT or MA. The witnesses were a Miss Hallie Estey and S. J. Estey (this may have been Sarah Jane Estey) and it is possible that they were relatives of the Williams family, about whom I know practically nothing.
