PRETTY WEDDING AT RUNYAN HOME TODAY
The home of Mr. and Mrs. W.C. Runyan of RD 2 was the scene of a pretty wedding this morning at six o'clock when their daughter, Miss Pauline Truman Runyan, became the bride of Bruce Timothy Bobb of Sunbury.
The groom is a son of Mrs. Frank Bobb of Turbotville.
The ceremony was performed under a beautiful arch by the Rev. Thompson, pastor of the Baptist church in Sunbury.
Only the immediate relatives were present.
The ring ceremony was used.
The bride was attired in crepe de Chine and carried a bouquet of bridal roses.
Following a wedding breakfast the happy couple motored to this place where they boarded the train over the Pennsy for Medicine Lodge, Kansas, where they will spend their honeymoon the guests of the bride's brother, Guy Runyan, who left for the West seven years ago.
They will be at home in Sunbury after July 15.
The groom is employed as a Pennsy fireman.
Both are popular young people and enjoy the best wishes of a host of friends.

The ring ceremony was performed by Rev. J. M. Reimensnyder, D.D., LL.D.
They were attended by Miss Dorothy Heffelfinger, a sister of the bride and George McLaughlin, also of this place.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Merritt Heffelfinger, of Lincoln Street.
She is a graduate of Milton High School, class of 1930.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fuller Runyan, of Milton RD 1.
He also attended high school, having been a member of the 1930 football team.
The young people will make their home with the groom's parents for the present.
Their many friends extend best wishes and congratulations.

Thomas draper was my great grandfather.Elizabeth was of pennsylvania dutch background.She was born in 1846.She gave birth to a daughter Maryann in Wisconsin in 1863,daughter Rhoda Elizabeth in 1865.The girls were baptized in the Wesleyan Methodist church in Oneida in Haldimand ounty,Ontario,Canada in 1866.This is where the family settled for good.My father believes Elizabeth,his grandmother died between 1920-25.Family lore says they married in Pennsylvania,but so far I haven't been able to locate any recordin Pennsylvania or Wisconsin. We do know they were already married by the time they settled in Ontario.Elizabeth was born in Pennsylvania, but I'm not sure which county.Any e-mails to me regarding this family would be gratefully appreciated.
